I placed an order with Amazon on Nov 13. Order No: 701-6019826-1605839 for DVDs. On the same day I decided to cancel the order. Amazon claimed the order is being processed by a 3rd party seller. Therefore, I have to contact that seller. I sent numerous messages to this seller through Amazon but no response. Funny, Amazon website claims to alter or cancel your order click in this field. When I do so I get a message saying that I cannot cancel the order as it is being processed. I, further, receive an email stating that I have to wait until I receive the item and them try to ship it back??!! I will not be refunded the shipping cost I have paid and I will pay gain to ship back the item. Can someone please help. This is a rip off. Amazon took my money from my credit card and now they tell me I have to deal with some unknown business.
