Amazon.com monopoly and false advertisement

I want to buy a Mitsubishi WD60738 HDTV. Following links from Google always lead to Amazon although I know Wallmart carries the TV. That's for the monopoly part. Shopzilla shows a good price at PC-Richard but when I go to the store, the item is not there. So, it's amazon or the highway?
