Never received my merchandise

Because I received such great survice last Christmas, I decided to order more wekinz on line and pay with my debit card. I placed the order 10/25/08 ordered four (4) wedkinz to be here by Christmas. To this date I have not received them. The total purchase $63.87. My confirmation # yhst-73420570365470-33562 shipping method: first class mail

I have sent several e-mails with no response from the company. I also tried numerous times to call the customer service line getting message that mailbox is full.

Please let me know if anything can be done.
