A better to get ripped off

I decided to change from verizon to vonage just to save some money. A year later my important calls started dropping. So i reported the problem and and they gave me a month free. So before the 2 years were up i decided to go back to verizon, knowing that i will be charged a cancellation fee. I noticed that they charged my account 92.14.42.15 for cancellation and 49.99 for the modem and and wires, i contacted them and they told me once i send them the modem and wires they will credit my account they also said make sure you fill out a return receipt request which i did, well i was a fool and got taken because once they got the box i called back and their reponse was some excuse that sounded as if these people were from iraq or india. To make a long story short i'm out of 49.99 don't do it. You'll be sorry. Vonage is a ripoff do not change your phone services under any circumstances.
