Charge cancellation when I told them not to. Homdell New Jersey

Vonage is not and will never be a resource for me as a VOIP. When I first joined, they told me it was only for one year. It turned to two. After numurous calls decided to consider cancelling. Consider. They charged my checking account without my permission a cancellation fee. It was not authorized. Highly DO NOT recommend. This fee caused my account to be overdrawn, and I just lost my job and have no one to help me.
