Vonage stole $179.00 from me! They will do it to you to! Holmdel New Jersey

In Jan. I scheduled installation of Vonage. A few days later, Vonage called me to ask if they could change the installation date to a few days earlier than the
one that had been scheduled. I agreed. When I checked my bank account after getting my first bill, I found I had been charged not only the monthly charge but an additional $50.00. When I called to ask why (a big feat in itself as the Vonage service only worked about 30%of the time) I was told I had been charged the $50.00 for a "missed installation appointment". Ridiculous
because they had called me to re-schedule and I had certainly been there when they came!

After speaking to half a dozen different people who all gave me the run around or just cut me off I decided I'd had more than enough and changed to another company. Then I was told I would be charged a cancellation fee of $39.99. However, when I checked my account, I was charged $128.39!! These people are TOTAL RIPOFF SCAM artists!!!

I called back and got the very same run-around that I'd gotten every single time! I would get better results by talking to a tree stump!!! A word to the wise, NEVER NEVER NEVER try Vonage!!!
