I had booked 2 seats on Coach America Gray line for my relatives to go to Universal Studio departing from Disneyland Hotel, Anaheim, CA. I was instructed to be there to board the bus at 1105 am. I was at the designated spot at 10:50 am and inquired after the bus whenever any bus or van stopped there. I called CoachAmerica office at 10:57 am to make sure I am at the right place. They told me that the bus will only be there at 11:05 am. I waited but never saw the correct bus. At 11:17 I called their office again and they said the bus had departed from there at 11:05, and instructed me to be at their office in 20 minutes to catch the bus.

Nobody in this company, from the ticket window sale clerks to the customer service agent was trained properly to handle my complaints. They basically refused to accept that a mistake had happened and said I had my people boarded and that's the end of it. I've lost an extra hour to shuffle back and forth which they said had nothing to do with them. Coach America staff was ill-trained in customer service and very unprofessional.
