USA 3000 Airlines
Promoted as 1st class, but was coach all the way Ripoff

When recently looking to fly to Cancun, 1st class, I was told by a travel agent and by the agent at USA 3000 that USA 3000 aircraft had only 1st class accommodations at coach rates.

I was thrilled. I had flown Air One many years ago that had that same arrangement, and it was delightful. The leather seats were roomy, well spaced and comfortable. The meals were gourmet and served with linen tablecloths and napkins. There were hot towels and quality service all the way.

Imagine my dismay when I boarded the aircraft to find the regular tiny 3 seats crammed together on either side of the isle. There was a sandwich and fruit served in a cardboard box and a movie to watch, but I'd hardly say that I got first class accommodations!

All I can say is it's a good thing they only charged coach rates, because coach accommodations were all that were provided!
