Won't file a claim for a stolen bag!

I rode with coach America last weekend and my bag full of $2,000 worth of fencing equipment was stolen when we were in Illinois. We got back home too late to file a police report, and even with one, the coach america representatives won't file an insurance claim!

This is disappointing because I know the company HAS insurance... It just REFUSES to reimburse me for something stolen when traveling with them!
