Awful experience with Gray Line Tours

My wife and I took the tour to the West Rim on August 10. We were told that the bus would return to LV at about 7:00 PM. It did. However, it took two hours after that, mostly a looping ride through LV, to drop off people.By that time we were dropped off, it was 9:00 pm. We were tired, hungry and furious about being misled by Coach America Gray LInes company. I called on August 11, and was told the bus should have been back by 6:00 pm (probably a lie since the prochure said 7:00 pm) and that our expereince was unusual since you have a system to avoid such accourances (again, probably a lie).

The negatinve experience destroyed the warm feeklings we had about the glorious natural wonders of the Grand Canyon.

Beware of usingthis company. We certainly will avoid it like the plague
