Sunshine Travel Services - Paul Dong
Travel agent refused to correct the air ticket for me since he made mistake. Ripoff

I bought four round trip tickets (dallas—Beijing) from sunshine travel services on Feb 23. The ticket is for May 22. On May 10th I found out that the departing airport for one person is wrong (ticket shows shanghai not beijing, two airports have 1 hour 20 mintues flying distance).

I went back to the agent and asked hime to correct it for me. He rebooked the right ticket in his system and refused to reissue the ticket to me. He asked me to call a America Airline's phone number in china and get the ticket from beijing, china.

I confirmed with America Airline they told me that this way won't work at all. Whoever booked ticket should issue the ticket to customer. I went back to my agent (paul dong) again on may 11. He said if I want to change the ticket I have to pay $535.00 for difference and penalty. He told me to pay &200.00 on may 10th if I asked him to issue the right ticket in USA. Otherwise he doesn't want to talk to me anymore.

Since I didn't make any mistake I definately shouldn't pay even one dollar. When I told him that he must issue me the right ticket with no charge from me he yelled at me "get out of my office".

I was really really surprised. My god this is unbelievable. He messed up my whole family's china trip just because of his mistake. Now I even don't know which flight is valid for me since he changed it. He refused to give me the final answer.

PLease help me on this. I am planing to china on may 22. Coming back ticket for Jun 7th is wrong.
