Rip off. I rec a ticket 5/07 paid 40.00 w / time frame. PVB claimed to have to rec ticket. I had check copy tby 7/08 the ticket was 114.00

I rec a ticket paid with intime frame. 40.00 Rec notice ticket wasn't paid. I maile several times a copy of the check. I rec form letter over & over requesting w / a time frame to mail copy of check. I was offered to mail an aditional 40.00 I did. It was applied to the now 114.00.

I HAD to pay the additional MONEY IN ORDER TO REC MY REGISTRATION. PVB is the worse group of people, I have ever encountered! I rec a survery today asking did I like my service. I paid a total of 114.00 for a 40.00 parking ticket I paid.

PVB must find it amusing w / all the copies i mailed them claiming "I paid this ticket! PVB dragged my situation on for over a year. Knowing I would have to pay the amount plus late fees. I will not let this go unnoticed. I will file a consumer complaint against them as promised.

Warning to everyone. Pay your parking tickets in person. I mailed mine PVB claimed to have never received it. Look how much I had to pay? For a ticket I paid! A total of 3 times!
