Me and my husband were in a parking lot my husband got out to go to the bank me and my son stayed in the car. I didn't look to see if he had put money in a parking machine that gives you a ticket which i knew nothing about. I had never seen a machine like that before.
My husband was gone a couple of minutes when a parking attended came to my car and said there as no tcket on our window. I said I know nothing about a ticket and my husband was in the bank.

The parking attendant walked away without giving me a ticket. Then a few days weeks later I received a parking ticket with a late fee added on in my name when I have not driven in over 10 years.

When I called the parking authority and asked them how could I pay for a ticket that I didn't receive and then get charged a late fee that I wasn't even driving.
The Parking Auhority told me that I was responsible for the ticket and anybody could say they never recived the ticket. I told them to find the person who wrote the ticket and if she didn't destroy it she should of had my copy which I doubt. I am not objecting to the ticket I am objecting to the late fee. Also by the time I received the ticket it was to late to go o court to fight it.
