Inaccurate points count and slow website at Coke Rewards

Web page loads slow, sometimes it won't load the sign in page, and the points count is wrong, if it doesn't finish taking the code it doesn't count it, so far it has only screwed me out of 6 points, I am considering just throwing out all the caps I have, also why can you only enter 10 per day?
