Refused a return 60mins later without cause. They where not the chair i was told i was getting

On 10/24/08 I purchased 2 lounge chairs from the store in Patchogue NY. Only to discover when I got home and started to assemble one that it was not the chairs I wanted or was told I was getting. I called my sales rep and told him of my dissatifaction. I was then told I could not return the chairs that I purchased 1 hr earlier. THEY ARE NOT THE CHAIRS I WANTED I explained.
I went to the store and argued the point with both the salesmen and the supposed store manager, that it was my right as a consumer to return the chairs and as per the receipt I was intitled to do so. At most I could be subject to a 15% restocking fee as per my receipt. I was told NO and to speak to the district manager. He refused to help in anyway and told me he would not take them back PERIOD. PLEASE do not ne a victimof these stores.in these economic hard times do we really need a dishonest business pratices operating and misrepresent their products and written recieots! The answer is a profound NO. What happened to customer service and customer satisfaction!!! Your will not get either at the Patchouge store. Stay away! Dont be a victim as I am..
