4 chairs with padding have nails coming thru the bottom of the chair

The chairs have nails on the bottom and because the padding isn't enough after a few months of use the nails came right thru the padding and into legs of the person sitting on them, including my granddaughter 7 years old. Went to the store the first time and they said they would have their tech look at them in came and took pics and we spoke to the store manager and he told us Wear and tear, but we've only had them for a less than 5 months. He than said he would order new pads for the chairs, I insisted that they replace the set with a different one and he declined. Now this has been over a month. We went in again today may 17 and took one of the chairs with us as to show the defect, the manager Debbie told us yes this is not expect able to pick out another set (different) and we were looking for one more expensive and as to pay the deference and Debbie came back to tell us the Store manager Mr. Casey said NO. We left the store with the chair. And now we have a table and chairs that we can't use because nails will go thru our legs.
