Bio tab... Does it even exist? I have been trying for months to cancel

This company is such a hassel. I have been trying for days to cancel my husbands order and they never pick up the phone. I have emailed and faxed, I have also warned them that i plan to take legal action if they dont stop. They somehow got the charges through on the credit card we had cancelled. We are currently working with the bank on this. The funny thing is when I look at the shipment tag somebody signed it, get this, Jet lee!!! How can they get away with this?
