Unauthorized Charges

Do not use this company! I requested the free trail of Resveratrol Ultra and did not see any where on the website that in order not to be charged the full price of the Resveratrol ($87.13), I needed to cancel within 14 days. Only when viewing my bank statement did I see I had been charged. I called the company and asked that the charges be reversed. I was told that since I did not cancel within the 14 days, I would in deed be charged. I asked that this account be closed/cancelled/no more charges. Kay then proceeded to asked if I wanted to try the same bottle for $40.00. I asked her what part of "cancel all future orders" did she not understand. I finally got a confirmation # that my account was closed.

After reading other complaints and not trusting the company to stop the charges, I closed my debit card as well, so no other charges can go through. I would suggest everyone do this to protect yourself. You'll be without a debit card for 3 to 7 days but it is well worth not having to hassel with the company again next month.
