Continues to bill credit card long after subscription order was cancelled

The product is Extenze male health supplement. This is supposed to increase penis size using herbal hormones or whatever. They have a trial offer that is like $3.00 for shipping—cancel to avoid monthly shipments at $50.90 per month. The first regular order shipped days after the trial order—before any opportunity to evaluate product. I called 800-775-6300 to cancel and was given a bunch of grief about not giving the product a full three minth trial. I told the customer service rep I was broke and just couldn't afford it. He assured me the order would be cancelled but would not give me a reference number for the cancellation.

Today I received yet another shipment of this garbage. I checked my credit card online and had been charged yet again. I called the 800 number again and was told there was no record of my call etc. I told hime I would contact my bank demanding a charge-back and that I would file with the US State Attorney alleging fraud/organized crime etc.

I thought I would stop by usacomplaints.com to do research for the complaint and discovered 78 similar complaints under Biotab nutriceuticals or Extenze. I post as this story evolves.
