Withheld fines from paycheck on trumped up charges because i refused to break dot hr's of service rules

On my first and only run, with these jerks, outbound to utah and a return pu in idaho to mpls. Cris the daughter of kenny and dispatcher gets all pissed when i tell her i cannot physically make the delivery appointment because i would be out of hours. No reasoning with her at all.

After the broker gets involved and resets the delivery appointment, that time is met on time and no problems. When i get my pay check they deduct $100 for late delivery and $500 for out of route even tho no specific route was stipulated nor provided. A completely unjustified and retaliatory action. These people are bad news with a capital 'b'

Minnesota statute 181.79 wage deductions says their pre - employment agreement is void when used in this mannor. We will see what conciliatory court has to say.
