Kenny Love offers different services for independent artist at so-called affordable rates. I sent Kenny a payment for his services and after at least three months time without receiving what I paid for, I asked for my money back.

Kenny Love replied and said that he would refund my money and as of today I have yet to receive my refund.

This is unacceptable for someone that claims to be so professional. So for any artist thinking about using his service be careful!

He is also very arrogant and rude when dealing with unsatisfied paying customers. He never tried to resolve the issue in anyway.
