Collection Calls Over $1500 Bill, Account Never Used

I have received phone calls from a collection agent about a bill in my name and under my SS# that says I owe $1500 on a bill from PayPal, which I have never used. I have been told PayPal is unable to sue to collect debts, so it sells these debts to outside companies, and this company called me to get paid.

I said I don't use and never have used PayPal. They said, "OK, call them and find out why you're being charged." So I did. They said, "Sir, we have no record of you buying anything using PayPal." So they are not only trying to rip me off, but so is the company they sold this debt to. In short, I have to file a fraud report with my local police and send it in. I urge no one to use this company. Ever!!
