Pay-pal Sent me a 1500$ statment And cant Provide Info For what i bought

I have recevied Phone calls Form a Collection Agent about a Bill In my name in My SS# That says I owe 1500 On a bill from PAYPAL Witch i have never Used. I have been Told Papal Is unable To sue to Collect Depts So it Sells these Depts To outside Companys So this Company Called me to Get Paid,

Well I said I dont use and never have Used Papal They said Ok Call Them and Find Out why your being Charged So i did They said Sir, we have No Record Of your Buying anything Useing Paypal So they Are Not only trying to Rip me Off But The company They sold this dept too as well In short I haft to File a Fraud Report w / My local police and Send It In I urge Noone To use this Company. Ever!!
