Not Covered for $900 Shipment After Buyer Filed Bank Dispute

I was a seller on eBay and had my own website. One day I sold a few things to a lady who lived in CA. Two weeks later, after I had already shipped the items, which totaled over $900.00, the money was nowhere to be found after she disputed the charge with her bank.
PayPal said there was nothing they could do even though I had her address and a signed delivery confirmation from the post office. She said she did not order or get anything. She lied, because she is the one who signed for it.
PayPal was supposed to cover my shipment if it was a confirmed address, but they said that because it was a bank dispute, they were not going to. I am very unhappy with PayPal.
