Account frozen 180 days after laptop sale, loan needed

I sold a laptop on Facebook and got the person paid in full. I posted the laptop, the person received it, and he confirmed on PayPal that he was happy. I started the process to transfer the money to my bank, only to be told by PayPal that they had suspended my account until I gave them more info. I gave them the tracking number and bank card details. Then I received an email saying my account was linked to other accounts (I have never had a PayPal account before).
They still have told me that it will be frozen for 180 days. This was my Christmas money for my kids, and now I have had to take out a loan, which will cost me 965 pounds to pay back.
