Toner cartridge scam

We received a phone call from a telemarketer from national imaging claiming that they would send us a cartridge to try out. If we liked the performance we would order from them, if not we would not owe anything.

The cartridge was awful and in fact we had to have the printer serviced after usage. They called and i informed them that the product was awful and we were not interested in ordering from them. Now they are telling me that we owe them for the cost of the cartridge.

They are the worst. Do not ever accept any of their so called "free" products.

Unbelievable!!!
