Received a HP-4000 cartridge from this company Did not order it

Received a HP-4000 cartridge from National Imaging Systems, which we did not offer. I received a phone call several weeks ago asking for the contact person who orders ink cartridges. After giving them my name, they asked to supply our cartridges for us. I explained that we already have a contract with a local company. They said 'thank you' and hung up. I received the cartridge yesterday, and after trying to find information on this company, I see on your website that they are involved in a scam. I am refusing this cartridge and returning it via UPS today.
