Tonerparts.com sales@tonerparts.com, empty toner cartridge

I bought a toner cartridge for my Okidata Printer from Tonerparts.com 2/3 of a year ago for $69 with tax. I delayed using my new cartridge as my old cartridge lasted longer than I expected.
I inserted the new toner cartridge into my Okidata printer. Immediately, the machine recognized the new toner cartridge as empty. Tonerparts.com shipped me an empty toner cartridge.

When I called Tonerparts.com to complain, the guy told me to ship the toner cartridge back to him so he could look at the chip (they paid the shipping). The next day I mailed the parcel. Tonerparts.com never got back to me.

A month later, I called Tonerparts.com - they accused me of emptying out the toner cartridge into my drum unit. This was not true because my printer will not print blacks. They said they were not interested in resolving my issue as I was a small customer. Thanks for exceeding my customer expectations Tonerparts.com!

Tonerparts.com sent me an empty toner cartridge.
I will never use Tonerparts.com again. Do not buy toner from these people.
