Free Ink Cartridges for only $250?

This is my second incident with this company. As before I was contacted by phone and asked if I wanted to try a FREE ink cartridge. I said that we were not interested. Two weeks later I recieved a ink Cartridge from their company. I did not open the cartridge or had any intensions of using it.

One month later I recieved an invoice requesting $250 for the FREE ink cartridge they had sent. I immediately called the company and informed them that I knew they were trying to falsely charge me and my company for the ink cartridge. Their reply, that they do not send out ink cartridges without confirmation and that I must have ordered it. I responded by saying no, as my name is Tara and not Kara as it said on the box and that if I had actually requested the item, I am sure I would have made sure it was sent to the correct name.

Needless to say I am sending it back to the company and am waiting for their rather ignorant call back asking me if I would like a FREE cartridge for use at my company. To which I will reply no, as I did the last two times, will receive the unwanted cartridge two weeks later and then a bill for $250 a month later.

They are a scam and a fraud. Do not accept anything from this company adn if you do, do not accept it or send it back immediately. Make sure you keep records for the shipment and the return.
