Ignored Requests to Cancel

Per the directions received near the end of the subscription period for 4 magazines, I called an automated phone system and individually cancelled the 4 magazines. I continue to receive the magazines and a charge has just shown up on my AmEx bill.

The mailing label on my latest Time Magazine was the first indication that something was wrong. I went to Time's web site to cancel only to be told I had to go to the above rip off artists to cancel. So far I am still stuck with these charges although I do have a cancellation confirmation number.

Hey, Time, do you really want to be represented by these people!
