They don't hear me

I received a letter stating I was entered into a sweepstakes from a magazine company and I called them and they were pursuing that I receive these magazine whether I want them or not, like they don't hear you say I DON'T WANT THE MAGAZINES!!! So I'm trying to cancel since they sent me a bill for 268.32!! That I don't want to pay since I'm on disability!!! And this is America! So I don't know what to do. Am I stuck with these frisking magazines? How can I cancel when they don't hear what you’re saying to them?
