The many consumer complaintss on TWX Magazines were helpful to get my charges cancelled.

Another way to easily cancel your charges using TWX's automated response system is to do the following:

1. Answer "YES" to wanting an explanation of charge information
2. Answer "NO" to everything else until the automated operator offers to access your account in a different way.
3. Give you name and billing zip code when prompted. Give the name of the magazine when prompted.
4. Give the charge date from your bank statement and amount when prompted
5. Answer "NO" to all the offers to give you a lower price to continue, and to continue enjoying the magazine and just cancel future charges.
6. When asked if you want to cancel the subscription say "YES"
7. You will get a confirmation number and then more offer information. You can hang us at this point.
