Magazine Credit Card Scam

Recreation & Entertainment

I ordered ONE magazine subscription, ONE time and was informed by postcard at end of the subscription period that if I did not respond by phone within a specific time, my credit card would be charged again for another year. When I called to CANCEL the subscription I DIDN'T order, the automated system (there was no human being available - at any point) asked me if I would like another magazine as well, to which I also clearly said 'no'. At this point I am receiving _both_ magazines, my credit card has been charged, and the magazine companies can not give me anyone to speak to regarding this - only another automated number at Newsub Services. This is a SCAM!
