Unbelieveable, best buy, " garunteed to increase ur blood pressure" ripoff business from hell stone mountain

I purchased a car jukebox from best buy, had them install it, after 3 hours they installed it, but the car radio wouldnt play with the jukebox, technician told me i had to buy a specific brand in order for the two items to be compatible, i ended up buying an adapter, I had another cd player that was in a friends car, they took this cd player out (working) instaleed it into my car, after nother 2 hours I came around and saw them putting the cd player in my car all of a sudden smoke was coming out of the bck of the unit! The tech said the cd player had a minor problem, after taking the cd player to a PROFFESIONAL place, He confirmed my fears I talk to 2 managers, the gm had a little sense and offered to repair the product they burnt out, 1 week later (when they told me to come back) the product still isnt finished and this time the gm says i lied and didnt talk to customer service, TO MY FACE! Called me a liar, instead of punching his face in i counted to ten and walked out of the store. To be continued P.S. Go to circuit city anywhere but best buy
