Refrigerator Sensor Failed in a Week and Replacement Delayed

We bought a fridge because it was supposed to be the best on the market, a week later the fridge stops working because of a sensor that Sears knows about but they don't seem to care as long as they keep selling these products. And as for their customer service, that also needs improvement. They don't seem to care that I will be without a fridge for a week until either the part comes in or the replacement fridge gets here which is on the same day. After all the "IT'S YOUR SEARS, and WE CARE" it's all a bunch of bull. The reality is it's just another sale. So don't fall into the same trap
