Orken new lg refrig with terrible customrer service

I called this company because new frige broke lost all food and have been without frige for a month, the place i bought from was going to replace, but LG SAIDIT HAS TO GO THROUGH THEIR WARRANTY in the mean time I have no refrige and a family of six. Also when I call the people at LG will not let me speak to superiors, and will not give last names. They are rude and are no help at all, They also told me when they do deliver this refrige I must remove the old one myself. Please do not buy lg the place where i purchased took all lg out of thier store. Beware terrible side by side and terrible company to deal with
