Hi! I bought a refrigerator on 02/19 and on 08 i had to call for repairs on it because my frige was not getting cold. Being that it was under the warranty, someone did come to my home and replaced the motor which was no good only 6 months after I bought it. Now on 10 I had to call them back because now the frige is leaking a lot of water that is damaging all my food. Once again on 11/12 they came back to my home and told me that there was nothing wrong with the frige and that I needed to keep all my frozen food away from the motor that is in my freezer. On the receipt they put down "sweating" as the problem. Yet I paid 580.88 for the refrigerator, plus an additional 99.00 for the extended warranty which has done absolutely nothing for me.

I have been tring to reach them since then and have been very unsuccesful. I can't go food shopping because all the water leaks into my refrigerator damaging everything in it. All the drawers fill up with water but yet there is nothing wrong with the frige. I have called 5 different phone numbers and they are telling me that if they come to my home and there is something wrong with it that I have to pay for the repairs. Why should I pay for service done on a regrigerator that has been serviced twice in a year under the manufacturer's warranty and now that it has expired I have to pay even though I have extended warranty? If I knew the extended warranty was not going to be any good for me I wouldn't have gotten it!

When I called for service on the frige it was still under the original warranty and they said there was nothing wrong with it. Now if they come back out into my home and find out that there is something wrong with the refrigerator I'm not going to pay a damn dime for the repairs because they should've detected what was wrong with it when they came the second time under the original warranty. If they think they are going to rip me off they are dead wrong. I have video taped my refrigerator, I will call consumer's affairs and then file a lawsuit to have my money back because I definately don't want another haier product and I doubt they will give me a G E frige!!!

I will make my last attempt to have someone come to my house within the next few days since I am going on vacation. The same way they expect their money when an item is purchased is the same way I want service done. If I can't get any results done within the next two to three days I will take my matter to a higher level.
