Genuine Auto Parts Company D.O.T. Violations, trying to coerce me into signing a paper to deduct time off of what I actually worked

Napa has a MANDATORY driver "safety" meeting once a month that is unpaid for the drivers. This time also is not included as time on the clock and isn't counted as on duty time for D.O.T. Purposes. I KNOW both of these things are against the law.

Napa also has a policy against overtime. I was requested by a supervisor to sign a release form allowing her to change my punch times so my paycheck wouldn't reflect the time I worked outside of my 10-6:30pm shift. I was shocked by this as we are talking about a matter of minutes. Me punching in 2-5 minutes early and punching out 2-6 minutes late. I was also informed that I could be written up for punching out at 6:29pm as it is before my shift is over.

I refused to sign the release and my boss got beligerent with me saying " I don't see why this is such a big deal! It's just a signature for god's sake!" I requested to speak with HR and was begrudgingly told to "Go ahead." and was told I signed a timecard policy saying this stuff in it but when asked to see it they could NOT provide such policy to me.

And finally, I am a relief driver. When I work the day shift I make an hourly wage but when I work the night shift I get paid by the route. I get paid 8 hours regardless of how long the route takes. That means I work 9.5-12 hours and get paid for 8. Thats not including the time I lose waiting for the truck to be loaded as I am required to be there at 7:30pm but my truck can be ready as late as 10pm. That means I am actually at work for somewhere between 9.5 -14.5 hours and get paid for 8. This is wrong.
