This individual did not pay me my full shift pay

I contact this individual in regards to an ad that he placed for an oldies DJ for Thursday nights. We spoke and we both agreed upon a shift pay of $150.00 for the evening. I went in early to set up and he asked me to start early which I did. Around 10:15 the place started to clear out and he told me to stop at 10:30pm. He originally had me playing from 9pm-1am. When I went to collect my shift pay, Ken the owner was no where to be found and his manger was there. I asked him for my shift pay and he hands me only $75.00 and I asked him for the rest of the money and he told me that Ken the owner said since I only worked half the time, I get half the money and that is now how it works when youa re a DJ. I have been in the club business for over 20 years and when you geta shift pay, nop matter whether you work over or unde rthe amopunt of hours, you get your full shift pay. Huge scam artist here
