Cutting Truck Drivers Wages ripoff

Oreilly Auto Parts located in Springfield, MO Is cutting the wages for their Class A truck drivers. We were getting paid by the hour with overtime then they decided it would be better just to pay the drivers route pay with no overtime. Which wasnt to bad because you were allowed 30 minute stops and a 30 minute lunch and the way it was set up, if you hustled you could get done a couple of hours ahead of your route.
Well now the company doesnt like this setup any more and plan on cutting back on the allowed delivery time which means less money for the driver. The way it is now I lose about four thousand dollars year compared to getting paid over time and now there is no telling how much this paycut will be. So drivers beware! This company could careless for the drivers.
