I am 69 year old women who purchased a desktop computer on January 26 from Gateway upon arrival the computer did not work properly. Exstensive hours were spent on phone tech support which did not solve anything.

The computer was sent twice for repair for a total of 4 to 5 weeks and twice sent back not working.

I have not yet been able to use the computer. The company refuses to replace the computer. And now I have to send it back again for repair because I have no other option.

This has been very hard for me packing and unpacking the computer. All I am asking is to get what I purchased and that
is a new working computer.

They are rude, Liars and tech support is incompentant and not well trained. They get your money and then tell you what you have to do, there is not consideration for the consumer at all.
I am back up against the wall with no where to go.
