I reported GE Zurich (they breached their contract) electronically and printed out the completed complaint form in April. After 4 months I contacted the BBB Dallas why I had not heard anything from them.

This was 1 month ago. They don't even respond to my emails. It looks like I wasted my time with them and I could have written my complaint on a piece of paper, sticked it into a bottle and thrown it into the Pacific Ocean as well.
