I ended up having this company take money out of my checking account 2 times and getting overdrafts from them doing this and when I called the company got ahold of a answering service that got me nowhere. The lady was very rude and unhelpful.

I have filled out the forms to get the money back thru a refund and I'm waiting to see if I really do get my $99.98 back from them but still have to eat the $40 in overdraft charges.
