They took money from my checking account without my permission. Ripoff

I was looking for a cash advance company and this secret cash card company, took it upon theirself to take my checking account information and take money from my account for some kind of debt card. I still have not received any kind of money card for purchases or a refund. I have clicked on their customer service site and even called a number but no reply.
