Not authorized to take money, difficult to contact Ripoff

I applied for a short term loan and when I looked at my bank account this morning, there was a "check" cashed for $49.95 to Secret Cash Card. I remember seeing their ad, but I have a bank account and a debit card and would not need their service. I tried to dispute it through my bank but they said that because this company obtained my account information through another website that I gave my info to, there was basically nothing they could do. When I called the customer service number listed on secret cash card's website, the recording said the mailbox did not exist. Then, my bank gave me a different number to try. That was an automated recording that gave me their website and yet ANOTHER phone number. When I called this number, it was merely an answering service and all the girl could give me was the website and an email address. Talk about trying to avoid your customers! If they don't want people to think it's a scam, don't you think they would try a little harder to be available for their customers? I filled out their online "inquiry" form on their service website but have not heard anything regarding the matter. I demanded my money back and let them know that I would be going to the Better Business Bureau with this matter. Both the lady at the bank and the answering service said they get a lot of calls about this company, and I can see why. If you are going to apply for a short term loan or anything where you enter your bank account info, please make sure you read everything to the last detail. I may be out the $50, but if you're attentive to everything, maybe you can avoid this headache.
