Secret Cash Card
Ripoff Fraudulent check made out to someone else sent through my checking account? How can a bank be sooo stupid!

On November 15, I checked my online banking like I do every day and there was a check #000999 for 49.95 withdrawn from my account for joann lawrence, first of all thats not even me, or my husband, second of all who or what is a secret cash card? I called the bank and got the most unhelpful girl who said I had to call the numbe ron the check which lead me to this recording who told em to do everythingonline she is only an answering machine they handle everything online, well than what is the point of having a phone number? I spent days going abck and forth with the secret cash card online service and finally got redirected to where they said I needed to file for a refund and I would have it in 10 days well here we are almost a month later, I closed checking account, 2 fraud charges, since they made the check out to the wrong person and I keep getting the runaround from the email people you will have your money by friday you will have you r money by friday, what I want to know is why we ahve to wait for our refund in the msil when they take our money directly out of our accounts I asked the question and got no answer and for people who have this happen your bank will be no help. They never gave me my money back the only thing they would do was cancel the account. I want to sue these scammers and I have a lawyer friend who says I can so if anyone wants to let me know!!!
