Ripoff dishonest fraudulently taking money from accounts all points rhode island

I started filling out an application for secret cash card on - line then canceled the application before I completed it.

As I was checking my bank account I found out that they had draft my account for $49.95 on January 17 and again on January 26 so I called the bank and they told me who it was and gave me this number to call 1-866-496-1799. When I called that number they told me that they were just an answering service for secret cash card and they gave me this number 1-401-228-9232 and it turned out to be another answering service.

I filled out a refund form three different times with three different ticket numbers and they keep telling me that they mailed it on February 13 and I still don't have it yet and today is February 28. I've been trying to get my money back for 42 days and still don't have it.

Can someone please help me get my money back. What else can I do?
