I went to Phones Plus and filled out an application for phone service and was approved for 2 phones. I was told that it would be $49.99 per month for 1,000 minutes for myself and my husband to share in between both phones. I also added Sports updates for my husbands phone which was supposed to be $5.00 additional per month.

When I received my bill it was almost $300! I called the customer service and asked about the charges and was told that all the updates were charged as individual text messages. I let them know that I was told that all of the updates were supposed to be included in the monthly charge.

I was then told that for an additional $10 a month I could get unlimited text messages. I was furious because I was initially told that this was all included and now they wanted me to add more services that were supposed to be included. It is am total scam. Now they are in the process of taking me to collections and ruining my credit in the process.

This is the worst service ever and I would tell everyone to beware. This company is the of the most deceptive out there. My $49.99 monthly bill turned into $300 within a month and they are liars!
