Ripoff dishonest billing phony charges

My husband and I have a shared plan (800 whenever minutes, unlimited mobile to mobile, 5 test messages each). We are constantly getting bills that are over $100 when are plan is supposed to be $69.99 a month. They tell us we've exceeded our minutes and yet on the bill there is a "0" next to all calls made, no additional minutes listed on the bill!

I also noticed "usage charge" show up on the bill with a $15.75 charge for that... Since when did you have to pay an ADDITIONAL usage fee for your phone?

Customer service is horrendous! I have asked 3 times when my contract is ending and they fail to address that issue and just keep telling me "you have exceeded your minutes". Fine, show me where... To what number? Also text messaging charges... We don't text! I tried it once and my husband just called me back, he doesn't know how to view or reply.

I CAN'T WAIT TO GET OUT OF CONTRACT. I see a class action law suit in their future just like Airtouch!!
