Deadbeat Dad - Does not pay child support

Just want to make it public knowledge that son's father is $12,000 behind on his child support. I am lucky to receive a small payment once a year. The court system does not seem to see this as an issue and has dismissed the case. Something needs to be done about this. I try the best I can to support my child but it is not fair that he gets to walk free and not have to worry about how he is going to feed the child or put clothes on his back. All of us mothers need to pull together and fight for the money for our children.
