Yes my first problem with capital one was with a fraud on my account ever since april and every month there was a charge for 29.95 which my assistant paid for not knowing that I had not sign up for anything. I was out of the country and recently came back in march and found that there was a fraud on my account.

I contacted allen a capital one specialist who just put a hold on my account and never got in contact with him again. I called on the 26th of june and spoke with another account specialist who then ordered me a new card since I could not pay for the credit card let alone access my account to pay the bills because of the hole on my account. She told me that she would credit back the late fees for the months that my account was suspended for.

Then today I got my statement and it showed 2 credit backs of $29.00. But when you do the calculations the total does not add up it just shows that they took it off but in fact they only took out one of the late fees. I called today to capital one and was rudely treated like I was a Mentally retarded person. He told me to add 29 then minus 29 to get a 0 then he told me to get a calculator and do it again add 29 and minus 29 and what do you get? I did not need this kind of service from a company like Enron who steals money from its clients. I will also send a copy of this to my state attorney general and the local authorities to deal with Capital one.
Please Help me because I do not feel like a client nor a person.
